Question:
on the first one, someone ramed into my side while i was making a left turn. i was given the ticket for that one, because of failure to yield (it was not clearly evident that i had to yield there). and on the second one, i rear-ended someone because a kid ran out on the street while traffic was moving and everyone had to brake really hard. i braked but did not stop in time. i have Farmers insurance and they want to suspend my lisence for 1 to 2 years. i cannot afford to do that because i HAVE TO drive to school everyday. please help me out. i am currently 17 years old. what are my precise options.? thank you.

What 3 states have the lowest auto insurance rates and is that states' driver's license required?
I think you're out of luck. Insurance companies can deny you or cancel coverage, especially if you have two accidents in so short a time.If your license expires, do you have to retake your driving test?
You can try another company, but because you're a young driver -- and therefore more likely to get into accidents -- your rates will probably be outrageously high, if you get coverage at all.
You DON'T have to drive to school. You deserve to loose your license. You definitely can't drive. I'm sure the school will find some way of getting you from home and back. People got to school long before they were stupid enough to let teens drive.
Well... my brother nearly lost his license once here in Wisconsin. His was because of losing too many points due to tickets.
The only reason the judge let him keep his license was because we told the judge that our family relied on him for giving himself, and I rides to school everyday. That he needed his license to make it to work everyday. And that he is needed to help run errands for my parents.
only the first two were actually true.. but the judge didn't need to know that... He got to keep his license, but if he got pulled over one more time (in like a year) he would've lost it for 1 to 2 years.

Also, one of my friends got in an accident from backing into somebody, and also another by hitting a cop car that had somebody pulled over... and she still has her license, they never ven tried to take hers away.
What is the Penalty for driving a car without your license, but you have a learners permit in PA.?
First of all, both of those accidents were definitely your fault. If you turn left in front of someone and they hit you, it's your fault. You did not have enough time to make the turn. In regard to your second accident, if you rear end someone, it's usually your fault unless you are rearended and pushed into the car in front of you. You didn't leave enough distance to stop between you and the car in front of you.Question about a car tittle, it says the car is " Exempt / Salvage" Non removeable??
I think you might have two different things happening here. It sounds as though the state wants to suspend your license, which they can do. I'm not sure, but it also sounds to me like you think the insurance company wants to suspend your license. They can not do this, but they can exclude you from coverage.
