I was invovled in a 3-car accident. It was my fault...yet I was driving my bf mom car. His mom's issurance said they would try to handle everything.one of the cars is going about contacing the insurance, yet the other car invovled that was hit wishes not to contact the insurance...for unknown reasons. i Believe this party's insurance has expired.How would one go about solving this issue? I remember looking at the person insurance...and there policy had expired. This party home state is Texas.A police report was taken.
