Accident happen while I was stoped waiting for the green ligth as soon as the green ligth turn on I started to accelerate and then immidiately I got hit. I always recommend to try to settle with the company without legal help. Once you get them involved, it seems to drag on forever, the lawyer seems to be less aggressive as time goes on, and you wind up settling for about the same money anyway. Here's the bottom line: lawyers work 100% for themselves 100% of the time. You are NOTHING to them and that is exactly how you will be treated if you hire one. Not to mention that they will take 40% of your settlement (which will likely be the same amount you could have gotten without a vomit eating lawyer).
