Answers:
I live in Houston, Texas, i am 14 days behind on my car payment, can?
Has your court date for your ticket passed?how do I go about getting a title to a car that has none?
If not, go to the court date with your registration. In my city, they will waive the ticket charge as long as you pay the court costs. The ticket would not be on your record either. It is worth a try, the worst that can happen is that you lose and you have to pay the ticket.
The cheapest route is to pay the fine. Talking to an attorney costs more than that.
You should just be able to take your registration in and show the judge and he might dismiss the ticket.
Yes,basically you got caught driving with no registration.I am glad you didn't get hurt.I know you feel a loss but if you don't pay the ticket you will have other problems with it.Pay it,forget about it.Move on.
If you didn't have car registration at the time of the accident then YES you will have to pay your ticket regardless. If you do not they will suspend your driving privileges until the ticket and any additional fines are taken care of. The court will not have pity on you, yeah it sucks but the way they will look at it is Well, If you weren't driving your car while it wasn't registered it wouldn't have been totalled sucks for you Now Pay Up.
Continuous use of foreign number plates in UK?
Yes, you have to pay the citation. You were the owner of the car until the insurance company bought it from you.More Questions & Answers ...
