My friend had a car accident on I-95, the other guy got the ticket, and my friend has whiplash. How hard is it to get anything out of the other driver who cause the accident. Unless your friend is permenantly injured.. she should plan on getting little to nothing for whiplash- lawyer or not. lawyers dont change the value of a injury... extent of injury does. Just remember, what goes around comes around....
Oh, btw.. in Florida your own insurance is primary in injuries.. so expect to get even less and expect to have to file a claim under her policy.
