Failing the driving test?

Question:
yeah what happens after failing the test three times?...i heard that u have to start over and take the premit test again...but im 18...does that matter?...also i heard that u just keeping takin it until u pass it?...so im kinda confused on what's right?...i already failed it twice...freakin nervous..now im more nervous about failing it a third time....so yeah...can somebody help me
also i live in los angeles, ca...just in case its different for each state.
is it easy to pass the test at inglewood, ca...cause thats where imma take it next?...please help..and if anyone has suggestions on the easiet palce to take the test in los angeles....that would really help ^_^
