If that someone holds the title to the car."YES" they might take it back if they find out that you are about to throw it away but i would never give anything that was gifted to me doesnt matter if it was good or bad.... in your case that person gifted you a car which is so nice it doesnt matter even if the car is a 1910's year but dont give it back because that's bad..... it's just a suggestion if you want you can give it back it's better than throwing it away if you dont like it...
