If you are planning on driving it, yes.

forgot to register car. what are the penalties? any grace period?

I work at MVA so i can help you out. It all depends If you have tags on the car you must have insurance on the car at all time. if you do not have tags then you do not have to have insurance put your car can be towed so be careful. by the way if you have tags an do not have insurance mva will fine you daily.

Car Insurance with Motorcycle NCB?

Insurance follows vehicles. So if the test driver has an accident with it, it will be uninsured and if that person has insurance on another vehicle he owns he could maybe see if they will cover it, but it may not be.

suggest an insurance policy for a lady aged 56 and a girl ages 19?

Insurance follows the vehicle, not the person. If you can find someone willing to buy the car without being able to drive it, you wouldn't have to have insurance on it. If you sell it, they shouldn't drive it home without having insurance on it of course, but you can't stop them since it would then be their vehicle. Just make sure you notify the DMV of the sale.

How can I overcome my nerves on a driving test?

i think you have to have insurance on it in your name as long as people will be driving it, and i think if you are driving it i would definately have insurance---the penalties in my state are pretty hefty for driving without insurance or driving under insured. I would have like the minimum available since it is not gonna be driven a lot and also who wants to pay full coverage on it unless it is still under a loan, then you are required to have full coverage on it---also, make sure you go with any person who will be test driving it. Never can be too cautious these days!

Auto insurance Claim?

No, the owner of the vehicle is responsible to carry the insurance on it.

Has anyone got motor insurance, with "ecar insurance" ? And are Happy with them ?

If the person test driving it cracks it up, not only is your grandfather out a car, but he might have to pay out of pocket for any damages caused by his car, to another vehicle.
