Should you report it to your insurance or does their insurance take care of everything?
Also, if your car is going to take a few days to repair, who pays for the rental car. Does it come out of the other person's pocket or their insurance's? The reason why i ask is because I know the person who rear ended me and i want to make it easier on all companies.
