Recently my friend got caught by a traffic man in pune. his bike is registered in A.P., he has got NOC . Still the traffic man says he shoud pay road tax for maharastra state . is it so ? he also asked him to take the bike , only thing is he has taken his address and told that he has to resolve the issue in court ? then my friend offered 100/- and the issue was resolved there itself.
