Can I drive under my foreign drivers license in Maryland if my Maryland Drivers license is revoked?

depends on the finance company first of all.If they are willing to let the policy be in your name ,so long as the owner and the finance company are listed at Loss Payee's then you can.And if that is so then you can get it insured.But I am not sure what insurance companies will do it.I only know of 1 for sure and they are only licensed to do bussiness in 13 states.If live in one of them then you can.That company is Safe Auto, based out of Ohio.Now if the finance company won't let you have the policy in your name, then the owner can get one in theirs and have you as a added driver.
