i was yeilding at a green light waiting so i could make a left, then the light turned yellow, the on going traffic stop so then i made my left almost, then a woman came out from no where and hit my car , im suffering from back pain now, will i be able to get money for my hospital bills if it is my fault?is it my fault?

If your making the left, and there is no left turn light you are required to yield until it is absolutely safe to make your left turn. It sounds like you may not have seen the woman "come out from no where", but in a left turn situation, you needed to insure that no cars were "charging" the yellow (which is what the woman sounds like she was doing).Best thing to do is get a lawyer and explain the situation to him.

Heres the deal- it will likely be word vs. word (even though even then it looks worse on you rpart.) You will likely say "I had a yellow light and she must have ran a red light".. she will say " My light just turned green" <-- she is probably right.

If your lucky your own insurance will side with you but you are definately not getting a settlemetn for your injury through the other insurance carrier unless you happened to have a witness on your side (third party that is)

You are mostly if not completely at fault. You didn't say for certain if you found out later where the other person was coming from. The degree of your negligence could differ based on where she was. Was she on the cross street with a red light and should have waited until the way was clear to proceed, or was she coming the opposite way in a lane you couldn't see and had a yellow light? The liability scenario differs based on that. You don't make the best witness on your own behalf if you never saw her though, unfortunately. I bet she was coming the other way and your right to clear the intersection is not greater than her right of way. Sorry.
