You know, I've noticed this, watching Cop shows. Here in CA. it is against the law not to have a front plate. Yet, I know of no cop who approaches your vehicle from the front! We are not required to put tags on the front, in fact, you'll get a ticket if you don't put them on the rear, correctly. I don't get it . Maybe its to keep those prison inmates busy manufacturing license plates! If you find out, enlighten those of us who are curious.huh?

Louisiana only needs one liscence plate on the back of the car. Texas requires 2... one on the front and back of the car.What is ' tort'? Where and how did the idea of tort orgininate?
