you don't just "buy" a drivers license. you have to take a test to see if you are capable of handling a vehicle on the public streets in a safe manner. You have to know the rules of driving. The DMV has to be sure you know & understand these rules.people like you are the reason there are so many bad drivers on the road causing accidents

Can't buy one you have to earn it by passing your driving exam. Once you pass you send the information, together with your application for a full driving licence to the DVLA, together with a cheque for the cost, and they will send one to you. If you have lost your licence you can apply for a renewal by filling in correct form, sending your photos and cheque and they will send you one.go on line or go to the post office. I take it you are bona fide???????
