in Calif you would lose your license until you are mature enough to drive.and then your ins. rate would be extremely high.
Driving regulations in VA are very strict,,, i lost my drivers lisence and almost went to jail with my first reckless driving ticket on I-95... the reason i didnt go to jail was because i appealed the case beacuse i had to serve three weekends and i got my lisence suspended for 12 months... the second court i went to, i had a lawyer and i didnt have to go to jail, but i got my lisence suspended for 2 months and i had to do a lot of community service,,,
you are lucky to be diving after two reckless driving tickets,,, now be prepared to jo to jail and pay a fine,,, and you are going to at least get your lisence suspended for 3 months... the worst punishment a judge is allowed to give in VA for a reckless driving is up to 30 days in jail, a fine up to $2500, and 6 months of suspended lisence,,, dont be surprised if you get any of those things because that usually happens on the second reckless driving ticket...
