You need to check in your state as to the legalitys of this one. In most states you would be able to if you have all the proper Identification.No. All legal government documents require the `users` current name on the paper. You can though, place your maiden name behind your (now) surname as shown.

I think you can, but it will cause all sorts of problems in the future. With the Government obsessed with ID controls you really should think whether you want to have two names on the go. You would probably find everything involving your license (insurance, vehicle ownership, showing it as ID for banks &c &c.) would take at least twice as long or more. My recent manager at work had to update to her real (married) name when she was given a company car for these reasons.only if you are still going by that name!
