I am enrolled in a alcohol program and going to AA meetings. I got my first OUI in NH and the other one in MA five years apart. When my second case went to court the judge had no record of my first offense so my lawyer basically told me to "play dumb" and don't volunteer any information. The DMV does have a record of the first offence. I did not blow hard enough into the breathalizer and after the second try the officer was so mad at me that he gave me a refusal. My license has been suspended for 3 years b/c of the "refusal" and 45 days from the court plus many fines and programs to attend. Needlless to say the least, I have learned my lesson and feel very ashamed of myself.

when u go to court explain your situation an im sure you can get a restricted lic. make sure you tell them u have a jobFirst of all do you work?Then do you have a problem with getting to your job because you don't have transportation.You can request a cinderella temp license i don't no if you have it in your state check into it.Dari
