How long will a DWI conviction affect vehicle insurance premiums in Texas?

Why on earth are you trying to handle this yourself? You are just going to get ripped off! Hire an attorney, you will not need money up front. They will take a percentage of what they get for you. They will get you money for your pain and suffering, lost wages, the move and all of it. Please, please get an attorney. It will still take time to settle, but you will come out way ahead of where you will be trying to do it yourself. I work for 4 attorneys and have had an accident with my kids that wasn't my fault and I had an attorney!! THE INSURANCE COMPANY HAS ATTORNEYS WORKING FOR THEM SO THAT THEY PAY AS LITTLE AS THEY CAN. YOU NEED AN ATTORNEY FIGHTING FOR YOU TO GET YOU AS MUCH AS THEY CAN.

I approved the purposal for my car accident from the insurance company, when do i get my check?

There are probably two ways to handle this:
1] Call the District Manager or the Corporate office of the insurance you are fiing under. If that doesn't work, go to Legal Aid or a law firm and hire a lawyer.
The Insurance is delaying becasue they don't like paying out money for accidents and claims. It sounds as though you are getting the 'run around' here. Perhaps a lawyer will help in the long run. Is it your insurance that's giving you the run around or the party that rear ended you? If it's your insurance, keep trying. if it's his, ask your insurance to get their legal dept involved.
Good luck

How many times can i make an insurance claim against my car for damages not my fault?

First off are you trying to contact your insuracne adjuster or theirs? If it is yours show up at the office and speak directly with the manager. If it is their insurance adjuster you can attempt the same tactic. If those fail I would advise obtaining some prepaid legal service. Usually for a small amount of money they will mail a certified letter with the Law firms letter head on your behalf. The threat her is that you will sue in court instead of settling. If these fail to produce any response then I would advise seeking an attorney.

Which insurance company would be the best to be with?

Sorry, if you didn't have all your bills to present, they were not giving you the run around, you weren't giving them the information they needed to complete the claim. Do you have it all now? Present it and let your insurance deal with their insurance to represent you. You are entitled to made whole for your losses, but not to make a profit over an accident.

Court Summons for not having all documents?

If you're dealing ith a reputable insurance company, then this sounds like the claim rep didn't have all of the bills and information needed to settle the claim. If you're not dealing with a reputable insurance company, then they may be giving you a bit of the run around. It's kind of hard to say because you said the claims adjuster didn't have all of your bills.

Cheer me up Driving Permit?

It sounds as though they are willing to pay for the lost wages and maybe the medical bills that they have right now, right?

I am 16, and I am loooking to get my license?

I would contact the claims adjuster's supervisor if he or she isn't there and see if they are still missing any documentation or bills.

Will insurance still able to view my previous ticket record and raise my car insurance?

there are just to many unknowns here to really make good suggestions. What are the limits of the other drivers policy? I assume the amounts they are offering are above and in addition to the med bills. I also assume they are paying those. Sounds like what they are offering is ridiculous. As you know if you get an attorney there goes 25 to 50 percent of your settlement. Maybe go in and talk to one and dont sign up till you figure it all out. You can always hire one.
