I got hurt on a city transit...?

Question:
a reckless driver trying to get home hurt me on the transit bus.i pitched forward and recieved a bump on the head and a bloody mouth,what should i do? the driver didnt let me contact fire and rescue but he was reckless driving.do they have tape of there dirvers driving? i know i would win if they say they way he was driving.should i contact a lawer?

What do you mean the driver didn't LET you contact fire and rescue? Did he restrain you from getting off the bus and making a call? I doubt that.
