My ex roomate left a non-running truck in my yard a year ago and has not been back to even try to fix it..I dont even know where he is..I would like to fix it and either sell it or use it for a work truck..How do I obtain a title for it since im not the owner? Im in Georgia..

Step two. Look at Georgia laws regarding abandoned vehicles. There may be some way you can claim $XX.XX a day storage on the vehicle and get the title in lieu of being paid for that storage.
