Is the Drivers Ed permit test hard?
If you do not care about the car, just let it go.The impound yard can not do anything to you at all.Throw all correspondence from them in the garbage. They are powerless, don't worry. Is Driving License required for driving a moped?
Well, you can try calling the tow company with the impound and telling them you sold the vehicle, when, and to whom, but I will tell you this...we hear that ALL the time. You can also contact the DMV and ask about it. Probably the easiest thing to do though would be contact the person you sold the car to (who will have the title to show he has an interest in the vehicle) and insist that he do something about the impound.I need bike insurance 4 6 months only can some one help me plz? :)?
Otherwise, it will fall back on you, since in most states the law is clear, the person whose name is in the official records of the state at the time it was impounded is responsible for all fees.
Is there a certain business license required in California for towing companies?
You can't. I suggest you pay for your car to get out, if not you will have to reimburse whoever bought the car and sign over your title to the impound, so you don't have to pay for the charges. If I have a license but dont drive/own a car for a long time..?
You can also try to use an AFFIDAVIT, swearing that you were not the owner and who you sold it to, so on and so forth. And see if that works. You would have to sign it before a notary.
Anyone in colorado who took the driving premit test??
If they already sold the car, you owe nothing. It's a done deal. It's not yours anymore.Have DVLA lost your license before? what can they do for us for their mistakes?
My buddy sold his IROC 4 yrs. ago and got a letter one day saying it was in impound. The buyer NEVER switched the title over. He was going to tell them he sold it but went to look at it first and it had a brand new paint job so he called his lawyer and the lawyer said to pay the fee's and take it home. HE DID!! He filed for a lost title and got it. FREE IROC!
