I need help with the DMV?
You can apply for a license, and even get one if you pass the tests, but those moving violations will stay on your record for the next 3 years and your insurance rates will be very very very high as a result.
(Ohio question) After a DUI do I have to send my proof insurance to Columbus or can I just take it to the DMV?
If you have been ticketed, you will need to apply for a license, and pay SR22 insurance for a period of three years. If you are caught driving without the SR22 insurance in place, you will lose your license and not be eligible to drive for three years.
Is there anything wrong with Driver's ed?
If they didn't revoke or suspend your current license, I can't see why they'd refuse to renew it when it comes up for renewal.
