My car is due for inspection this June for NY State but I am moving to Seattle in early June where I will register car for Washington State. Should I get the car inspected in NY before I leave, or will I have mandatory inspection upon new registration for Washington State?

just send in your renewal notice to NY that you moved... when you register the car in seattle they will eventually send you a new notice .. that is if they have testing where you will be living.
