Question:
Please advise:

I register my car one year ago in PA DMV but they never send me title back. Now I moved - I need to register it in NJ. How I can do this - car 2002, I have all copies of previous owner's title, bill of sale, Carfax on my name.
Thanks.

I have had a car accident tonight?

Contact the PA DMV and tell them you never received your title. You may have to apply for a duplicate since you waited a year.

You will need to contact the PA DMV to get the title, or a copy of it
