Going to court for driving a uninsured car? What Next?

it depends on your state. most states have a 2 part test; a multiple choice "written" exam (usually on a computer) and the actual driving skills test. Usually you can go to the dmv and get a booklet with all the info on the written exam, when you are ready go back to the dmv and take the written test and they will give u a learners permit. It works pretty much like a licence execpt u must always have a licenced driver in the car with you. One you feel comfortable with your abilities you can go take the skills test to earn your actual license.

Help!! anyone!?

* according to the IL dmv website this is true in IL*

How long did it take anybody out here once they got there learners perment to actually get there license?

I think first of all, it depends on your age. I think if you are under 18 you have to complete a drivers ed program. Additionally, (and only because we live in a neighboring susburb to you), my high school daughter has to complete a driver's ed course either at school or privately for high school granduation requirements. She is not required to actually get her driver's license, but she is required to take the class. I would think if you are in high school, it's probably similar there.

In florida are windshield replacements free in all insurances, cause a rock cracked mine...?

actually i don't think the first two answered your question , at least to me. there is no class you can take at the dmv. if you want your permit, you cantake the written test and get it, then practice driving and go back and take the driving test, of course it depends on your age. ome states say u have to tak a some form of drving class before you can get your permit. i'm 19 and all i had to tkae was the 6 hour pre liec. class at a driving school. for an insurance discount and for get my liec. but anyway like i said i think the question your asking is if you can take a class at the dmv, which is no, but maybe some states have that but i'v never heard of that. driving classes are at driving school only.
