My cousin went to jail about a year ago. My car was in his name. Does ne one know how I can transfer the title

You could just go and visit him in jail, and take the title. While there, have him sign it. Shouldn't be that big of a deal. That's what happened when my uncle went to jail, with my dads truck in his name.
