Hey everybody I'm almost 17 years old and I still don't have my permit. I heard somewhere that you need to get a pink slip before u get a permit..and that u can buy a pink slip instead of takin classes or whatever.but that its not legal to buy it but ppl do it anyways..is this true? do u need a pink slip before a permit?

I think you are completely confused. A pink slip, is the title to a car, it is a slang term. You do not have to own a car, to get a driving license/permit.
