Question:
If i've literally just passed my test by a few months, in the UK. And I'm not driving anything over a 1.3; probably something like a 1997-8 106, golf/polo, corsa or a micra or something. Parked outside house (no drive/garage).
3rd party insurance obviously, Can have it insured in either my mothers or father name; both have 10+ years ncb, and me as named driver? What's the cheapest I'm going to be looking at -- or the best route of action to get the lowest cost.
