i was driving along heading into a circle turn so where there is a yeild turn one way into the circle so i came to a stop since one car was in the circle and didnt have there signal on so i stop right at the yeild sign and waited.thats when i got rearend by some family in a rental car )06 chevy aevo small car 4dr

so the cop comes and makes out the report and ask for the reg, and insurance with driver lic. which the other guy had only his own policy not thur the rental -what happens if i feel hurt tommarow who covers medical
