Question:
it has a 30 day hold on it, is there anything i can do to get it out sooner like monday (tomorrow) thanks in advance
Answers:
This really depends on your particular location, not just the province or territory or state but sometimes the country, the city etc...
Honestly, without specifying your location, any specific advice is useless. Edit your question and say where you are!
It depends on the state laws. Same thing happened to me a while back and I live in Georgia. I got my car back the next day. Look up the laws for it in your state. I know some states (like Arizona) do make you wait 30 days to get it back.
What happens if you get into a car accident without insurance?
If you didn't allow that person to drive it, then you should go to the cops and file a complaint of theft or joyriding or such. I'm not sure if you'll get it back sooner though, I think even in less complicated cases of theft, when the thief did have a licence or a car is recovered without an arrest, it may take a while before they've verified the ownership, checked out all evidence etc. What to do in a car accident if you don't go through insurance?
Nope.in CA the vehicle is mandated by law to stay under a "police hold" for 30 days..there's many reasons for this, one being, people w/o a license are not allowed to drive and those that lend them a vehicle are going to pay a HUGE financial lesson because of their negligence.GOOD maybe you wont lend cars out to fool like you
i hope it sits in the lot for 30 days at 40 dollars a day storage fee
your lucky nobody got kill from your FRIEND driving with no license
at least you didnt give them a gun
OR DID U
