I was in a drive thru and a car was 5-6 feet in front of me and all of a sudden came speeding backwards and slammed into my car! My whole front end is messed up! I got my car like a month ago and I know this is wrong but I just haven't had the time to go register it in my name or get insurance... now i'm freaking out because what's gonna happen. Will they fix my car even if I haven't done these things? Will I get fined? Please someone help me!

I wouldn't be surprised if the other person turns around and says you rear-ended them, but assuming that doesn't happen you should be able to get paid by the other person's insurance regardless of your status.I hope you have now registered and insured your vehicle. I know you're going to get a lashing from everyone here because when we find out you aren't insured we usually lecture and such! I've been in auto claims for 16 years and "I was on my way to get insurance when the accident happened" and " I just hadn't yet" , or " I didn't get the cancellation notice, but I haven't moved in 100 years" are very familiar excuses.
