* Complete, date and sign an OPP Release and Discharge form.
* Payment of $342 to the Motor Vehicle Compensation Fund by certified cheque or money order only.
* Complete, date and sign a Wholesale/Leasing Affidavit, if you intend to exclusively engage in these activities without selling vehicles directly to the general public.
* Fulfill OMVIC's Certification requirements as applicable and submit proof.
