What to do if your in a serious car acident and your friend was driving?
Generally no. If the car is under warranty, it may be covered there. If you have been hit and your transmission damaged as a direct result of that, their insurance *might* cover it.I got into a car accident. My license was suspended. what will happen?
But if you're driving a used car, and it suddenly quits shifting, your auto insurance isn't interested in that fact.
not unless it was damaged in a accident
How can i get a picture of someones drivers license???
you can try but very dout fullHow do I get the Car insurance company Responsible to pay my Medical Bills?
not likelyHow do I switch my NC driver's license to NM?
If you mean, my transmission is bad and I want my auto insurance to pay for it, the answer is no.If you have a warranty or extended warranty/service contract on the vehicle then probably yes, but you need to check your info for the car.
If you have ERS (emergency road service) on your policy they may reimburse you up to a certain amt for repairs at the place of break down. But I doubt n e one is going to be able to fix it on the side of the road. But other than that NOPE. they will not cover it.. Unless of course you hit something in the road, and it f'd up you tranny then maybe under collision, but doubtful there as well.
How to lookup a vechile's owner by the license plate number?
no...that's what warranties are for...check around you can get a warranty from almost anywhereno, because it's a warrenty issue not a insurance issue. In other words if the transmission broke during an accident, they should cover the repair (depending if the car gets totalled out or not) but if it's a repair issue your outta luck.
