I'm looking to buy a used car from an out of state dealership, then register and title it in Georgia.

Instead of fixing my car, how can i get my auto insurance company to issue me a check for the damages?

Does Georgia levy a sales tax on the car when I title it in Gergia, PLUS the Ad Valorem tax? I'm confused...
