should i keep my car insurance eventhough i've been in a car accident and my vehicle is now total? Do i need the insurance in order for them to pay off my car?
Answers:
I buy a car .can I drive it to home without insurence?
would ask for some details to give you a good answer. No, you do not need to keep the ins for them to pay off. yes , you should for sure keep the insurance active if you plan to get another car, especially if you were at fault. it you drop it and then get a car you may be forced into high risk. you will save money in the long run.I want to find out if my truck is in my name. how can i do that on the web?
If you are planning on replacing that vehicle with another, yes, keep the policy. Each policy earns it's own discounts so you wouldn't want to lose any that you've already earned. If you aren't driving a temporary substitute like a rental car, your agent can suspend the coverage on the policy until you replace the car.Which car should i get? TL, TSX, Mini Cooper S?
Yes, keep it because if you cancel the coverage, then when you go to restart it you will have to pay for two months in advance just like when you first got the insurance. My suggestion tell you agent that you want to suspend the coverage until u get ur veh situation figured out, that way policy is still there, but not in an active state, and your not being billed... Other wise just keep liability until u get a new veh.. I know for a fact they can suspend the policy, cuz they did for me when i had them... Good LUckMore Questions & Answers ...
