Is carmax a good dealership to try if you just had a repo?

I just had a repo recently because I trusted the wrong person to make 3 car payments (with money I gave them) while I was working out of town. The bank is asking for the full amount and it is starting to look like a lost cause.

I was born at night but not last night so I'm not buying your story as stated!
Ask yourself, would you lend money to someone who borrowed from another and did not honor his/her agreement?
You can probably find one of those "buy here" "pay here" auto dealers but be prepared to pay top dollar for junk and outrageous intrest to boot!
If your previous loan was paid as agreed and this "so called" situation you claim arose, the bank would definitely work things out with you! They don't want to repossess any more than you want the repossession!!
