No Claims Bonus??

Question:
I recently renewed my car insurance. I didn't have any "no claims bonus" to start with, and I made 1 claim with my previous insurer last year. I know that if you make a claim you usually lose a certain amount of no claims bonus.

Were can I down load a free c.d.l. hazmat test form?

As I didn't have any to start with, will I need to wait another year or 2 before I can start to build my no claims discount, or will this automatically start again from this year, so long as I don't make any claims to my new insurer?

It will start again, as you had none you have none to loose. A no claims bonus is given to you on the anniversary of your insurance renewal provided you have not made a claim in the previous year, therefore if you start with none you will start to build one up on your policy after a year
