It's normal. But aren't you even going to claim damages done to your bumper and have it repaired? You don't know now but you may have done damage to your back or neck. I would rethink this before you determine positively to not sue at all.Driver license renewal, when no valid I-94?

It's completely normal. I was cut off and almost run off of a freeway overpass.. they guy didn't hit me but I still was scared out of my mind.. I followed him to a gas station and chewed him out.. but yeah. It's always scary to be it in your car. Especially after all the police crashes they show on TV.Yes it is normal to feel frazzled after something like this. My friend works in insurance and says most everyone feels that way.

If you have insurance, and he has insurance...don't worry about it. I've been in two accidents that have resulted in my vehicle being declared a total loss. Both times the other driver was at complete fault.I felt "frazzled" to say the least. Luckily, both times did not involve my daughter in her carseat in the backseat of the car.
