Can an emancipation contract let a minor out of a contract?

Question:

Got hit by no-fault driver (MI) in my own state (NH) - is he liable for my damages?

minors can not enter into a contract
an emancipation contract says the minor is able to enter into said contract because they are given that power by the court, so if a minor enters into an emancipation contract then signs a contract for say an apartment it now is a binding legal contract

Anyone know what sxi?

A non-emancipated minor cant legally enter into a contract in any event in the USA... all 50 states.. so any such contract would legaly be null and void anyway..
