I want to find out how much I have to pay for unpaid ticket and pay it, but is this all I have to do? - or maybe there is more like I will have to go to the court or even to jail? first call the court house and give them your information. They can look it up and see how much is owed. I am sure there is interest and penalties as well. Do not drive. If you get pulled over then yes you are going to jail. Once your ticket is paid off depending on what county you live in they will reissue you your license or give you the paperwork showing paid and you might have to take it to the judge to show him and he will reinstate your license. If you had a court date and did not show up then you have a warrant. Again dont drive... if pulled over definetly dont drive. Look up the superior court in your county on line. Go to civil records / criminal records... do a name search, everything you have on your record will show. Look all the total case report and it will pull up if you have a warrent etc... Plus if you arrested on a friday or over the weekend you are stuck in jail until monday!

Well, since you didn't pay this ticket, your license got suspended. What you can do, you can go to the court clerk and find out what you can do about that. I doubt you can do any traffic school, but i suggest you ask.It happened once to a friend, and he had to pay a bail, and go through this other process. He didn't get arrested though.

I suggest you do this asap as an officer who pulls you over and finds out you're driving on a suspended license and you have a warrant for "Failure To Appear" will be making very sure you appear for your next court date by putting you in jail until you go to court.
