I still have not gotten...?

My registration is about to run out for my car. I sent in the form and the check weeks ago, but still have not gotten my new one. I have gone to the local DMV but all they can tell me is that it is pending. Does anyone know another way to see what is going on with my registration?

This depends on the state you live in so I cannot tell you if you cancheck the status on a web-site. A possible problem is, Do you need a smog check every other year like in my state. Maybe if you do require a smog check did you get that service done. They will send the results automatically to the Motor Vehicle agency.

Sometimes they come a little late. If it's been expired for several weeks then I would call the DMV. I got a ticket for driving with no reg but sent a letter to the court stating that I hadnt gotten it yet, along with a copy of the reg and envelope showing that it was late.
