and now he doesnt want to pay me, he paid me $400 and hasnt anymore, can i still do anything about it? this was about 7 months ago. i have no proof he did it, except for that dent that i have now. his car didnt have any damage just a lil chip of paint missing. I live in the state of oklahoma, and cannot find nothing concerning this.

Did you get a police report? Or gave him a receipt for the money he gave you against the balance, that you kept a copy of? Do you have a witness to the transaction? Did you get an estimate for repair at the time the damage was done at a reputable repair shop? How did you come to an agreement on how much you should be paid? You may still be able to take you neighbor to court, if you have any proof. Besides, if he doesn't show, there is a possibility of a default judgement.
