I don't have medical insurance but I really need to see a doctor because I am hurting so bad. They were going about 30mph and have already claimed fault, the police report says so as well.yada yada. It was a company truck that hit me, they have insurance.can I go see one? I have called their insurance to ask but they have not called back yet. I am just curious if anyone knows how that works. I am just so miserable!! I did not really hurt at first (besides shock, of course) but now it's bad. Thanks.

Assuming you are in the U.S. knowing what state you are in would be a big help. Let me suggest the following, which is based on you being in the U.S.1. If you have your own auto insurance you need to see if you have Medical Payments or Personal Injury Protection (PIP) coverage. Those will pay accident related med bills in a timely fashion since it is a 1st party contract situation.
2. If you do not have auto insurance then things are much tougher. Even if the other company accepts the liability they will NOT pay your medical bills as the come due. Since you would be making a 3rd party (means you have no contract with them) claim against the other company they have no obligation to pay your bills as they come due.

Yes but you need to make sure that the doctor documents that your injuries are a direct result of the car wreck. Their insurance may claim you can't prove your injuries are from the wreck since you didn't go get checked out right after the wreck. Also, you will probably have to pay for the medical care up front. Then you will have to get reimbursed from the company that hit you. If they deny you, you may need to tell them you will have to contact a lawyer and the local newstation to tell them how they are taking advatage of you. The threat of a lawyer won't do much but the bad publicity will.

Yes, go to the doctor if you need too. But, be aware... the at fault parties insurance wont pay for the bills as they come.. you will have to pay out of pocket and at the very end when you are ready they will "settle" with you and reimburse you for what you spent plus many extra money depending on extent of injuryfor "inconvenience". So just make sure you keep ahold of the bills and make sure they knwo you are injured and will be treating.
