How do you go about getting a suspended license back?

Because some people don't know that NEW Mexico is a part of the USA!! All they see is the "Mexico" part and/or even if they do see the "New" in front of the rest of the State name, they don't know that it is a State. Hard to believe that people are so stupid, isn't it? But it's sadly, true.
