Ummm, there is a bit more involved with this...electric fuel pumps use pressure regulators and return lines to provide a constant fuel delivery to the "injectors". Are you using fuel injection/tbi on the 350, and do you have the parts for it?Why does the 4WD low and 4WD high light flash insinc on my 1998 Ford Explorer?
The diaphragm fuel pumps don't put out the same pressure, nor is it constant...it just keeps the fuel bowl full in a carburetor...
