I have a 1995 cadillac eldorado. i put a dvd player in it. now my blinkers dont blink , my gas guage dont work

i put a aftermarket dvd player in my cadillac eldarodo and did not use the interphase due to the interphase not wirkin so i took out the bose speakers and then went to drive around in my car and noticed that my blinkers dont blink adn are just constant out the clear side and not the orange side then i looked at my gas guage and it reads that im on e no matter how much gas i put in the damn thing
