my car will idle fine when im stopped but as soon as i press the gasto go the rpms cut out and go from 1500 to 1000 and most of the time stalls but sometimes kicks in and it revs way up and then i can go. what could this be? i put an egr valve, both air temp and coolant temp sensors and an o2 sensor. ive also cleaned the throttle body with a toothbrush. i am running out of ideas. thanks it has 145,000 miles on it

Your alternator could be dying.
My attitude towards troubleshooting is always start with the cheap and obvious stuff first, when unsure of the cause, so as to begin a process of elimination.
Thus, I would replace the air filter, change the oil and filter, then come pcv valve, breather cap, fuel filter, spark plugs, cap and rotor, spark plug wires, and go from there, but likely the fault lies in one of those things.
Where are the spark plugs located and how do you replace them? For a 2001 Ford f150 harley davidson?
Try checking out your crankshaft position sensor. I've heard of a Saturn doing this before. The sensor could be cracked and once the engine is at operating temperature, it will expand enough to let it idle until you put a load on the engine. Then it will stutter and stall out.
