It's one of the recalls ford has on the focus.Mine hung up on interstate & kept getting faster.Dont have a book to show me how to disengage it.Any help will be appreciated.Cant drive it to the parts house.

When I turn the wheel on my Kia, their is a subtle squeaking sound, but it is in the suspension somewhere..
The recall was for water entering the servo .The easirest way is to disconect the cable that runs from the servo to the throttle body linkage .The servo is mounted on the firewall in behind the engine
