Question:
Hello all,
Do you repair a car hood, or just buy an after market hood?
I have a 2002 Nissan Sentra GXE, and I am fairly certain the power steering is leaking or at the very least I have some bent axels or something. Turning the car is virtually impossible, and when you turn the wheel it makes a God awful sound.
How expensive is it to rent a limo?
I would have caught this sooner but it's my wife's car.. She says it's been going on for a few months and gotten worse (she thought it was just the cold weather)... Anyway if I take this to a dealer to fix, what kind of damage should I expect price wise. The car only has 68,000 miles on it.
Any and all thoughts appreciated.
Thanks,

Looking for location of Aspire oil pressure relief valve assembly.?
your car should have a rack and pinion system on it, there could be a few things that happend here. first would be a bad or sticking steering pump, a bad or sticking pressure valve in the rack, or since you said its leaking a bad rack all together. the price will vary greatly depending on the part that has failed. expect the price to range in the 150.00- 1200 dollar range depending on the part that failed and labor charges. How much would it cost to replace the hood on this Honda Accord?
I would first put some power steering fluid in the pump. If it just runs out on the ground, your pump is gone.If it holds the fluid but still reacts the same way, your pump is burnt up for the lack of fluid the last several months.
Or, That might be all it needs, Just some fluid.
Good Luck
Ignition wont turn now on 1997 Corolla?
rack and pinion labor and parts ,at auto shop, more or less $300.00.What stores near orwigsburg P.A. sell spoilers, mufflers, ect for cars?
the awfull sound is the power steer pump ,when is low in fluid, normal and healthy sounding.
You probably lost your steering fluid. Try filling it up, with steering fluid, not anything else.
Do you know anything about cars?
The leak may be from the pump, a line/hose, or the rack and pinion. The noise is your pump ginding up.
