How can I get more speed out of my '05 5.4 ford f150?

I need to make my truck faster and eliminate the speed regulator, my truck's velocimeter shows 120 but the truck does not go any faster then 100 mph.

there are a few things you can due. first option is doing a power programmer versus a new chip being burnt for it. like a Superchips Flashpaq Tuner prt # SRC-1815 or a Hypertech Power Programmer III prt # HYP-41043, then you can install a free flowing exhaust system and a k&n cold air intake system. the only thing is the limit of your budget. most of this stuff if not all of it you can get from places like jegs.com or summitracing.com. good luck and hope this helps a little.
